Site subscription and credit pack terms

These terms cover Garlic Site subscriptions and credit packs. Domain purchases have separate Domain terms.

Subscription billing

The Site plan costs $20 per month or $200 per year. You choose the billing interval at checkout. Your subscription renews at that interval until you cancel. Stripe processes your payment.

Site includes 150 credits for each paid monthly period. Your allowance renews on the monthly anniversary of the paid term. If that day is absent, we use the month’s last day. Unused plan credits expire at the next allowance. Annual payments cover twelve monthly allowances.

Build credit charges

Each build request reserves your available credits when you submit it. Your charge cannot exceed that reservation. Previously accepted requests keep their accepted maximum. Charges reflect model usage across the build, including research and required reviews. We round the combined usage up to a whole credit. A build can stop when its credits run out or a safety limit is reached.

Stopped, failed or capped builds still use credits for completed model work. A failed build that garlic stopped before it went live costs at most 1 credit. This limit covers your first 2 such builds in any 24 hours. A build that saved notes to About your site also pays for its model work up to that change. We return unused reserved credits after settlement. Credits for a request with an unknown outcome stay reserved until its usage is confirmed. Your charge never exceeds the credits reserved for that request.

Credit packs

You can buy 50 credits for $10 or 150 credits for $25. Packs are one-time purchases and their credits do not expire. You can use them for Garlic builds on your account. Free accounts can buy one pack in a 30-day period.

Cancellation

You can cancel through Manage billing in the studio. Review the cancellation date shown there before confirming.

When your subscription ends, your account returns to Free and unused monthly plan credits expire. Purchased pack credits remain available. Your published site stays online.

Cancelling a Site subscription does not cancel a separately purchased domain subscription. Domain purchases follow the Domain terms.

Refund handling

Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund. If a payment is refunded, we reduce credits from that payment in proportion to the refund, rounded up. This includes future monthly allowances funded by that payment. We keep the charges for work already completed.

A full refund of a payment for your current Site subscription returns your account to Free and expires unused monthly plan credits. Partial Site subscription refunds preserve the plan.

A refund does not automatically cancel future renewals. Cancel the subscription separately through Manage billing. Your published site stays online.
